GENERAL CONDITIONS

ZEBRA SAFARIS2, LDA acts as the booking agent between its clients, the transporting company and any other suppliers providing an excursion. ZEBRA SAFARIS2, LDA is not liable for the death, illness, injury, damage or loss of any kind to passengers or their belongings during excursions.

ZEBRA SAFARIS2, LDA is fully insured, having all the insurance required under Portuguese law and all transports have full passenger insurance. The excursion voucher entitles the holder to transportation and the services of a guide. Meals and entrances fees are not included. National Monuments are closed on public holidays. Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure are not accepted.

ZEBRA SAFARIS2, LDA reserves the right to alter excursions and prices without prior notice when due to circumstances beyond our control. Only written complains will be accepted, within 8 days of the service in question being rendered. Following the European Union directive, only complains that have been communicated to the supplier (guide, local agent during the trip, can be accepted. No claims are accepted concerning circumstances beyond our control e.g. weather, traffic, mechanical failure, etc.

Check-in must be done up to 30 minutes before the activity, at the combined place at the counter of the company where you made the reservation.

You must present your reservation number at check-in, preferably in “paper” or digital format.

Upon check-in, all group members must be present.

Partner companies reserve the right to change the activity schedule without prior notice.

Partner companies reserve the right to change public prices without prior notice.

VAT included at the current legal rate.

The partner companies are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings on board the means of transport (on land and/or at sea).

The partner companies are not responsible for material damage to personal belongings during the experiences, so we advise you to ensure that they are adequately protected.

Check-in/boarding will be denied to customers who present themselves with inappropriate or offensive clothing and/or under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.

It is forbidden to bring drinks and food on the tours, except food for children.

Under 16s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

With the purchase of the ticket, the partner companies are authorized to capture and disseminate the photographs obtained within the scope of the event organized by them to which the ticket refers. If you do not authorize the collection and use of photographs and videos with your image, you must, for this purpose, make this express declaration at the check-in desk.

All our partner companies respect European safety standards.

All our partner companies have all mandatory insurance, all of which are licensed by Turismo de Portugal.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations less than 24 hours before the start of the activity/tour/experience will not be refunded

  • The policy may have exceptions in case of presentation of medical evidence;
  • In case of cancellations due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, the partner company will indicate an alternative date, otherwise a full refund will be made.
