Carlos recommended the jeep experience and the boat trip to see dolphins and the caves - both were amazing and made our Portugal trip much more memorable. We met Carlos by chance on way to a pharmacy and he doesn't sell anything - he guides and advises and doesn't rush you - an absolute wealth of information and a pleasure to meet - thank you Carlos, Albufeira 😃☀️

We came across this office unexpectedly and stepped in to ask advice about various Albufeira trips and experiences. It was a joy to meet Carlos, who took the time to provide extensive and knowledgeable details and recommendations on each option. Due to unexpected circumstances, one of our bookings was cancelled. Amazing experience with ask jonas from start to finish!
Gave information and answered all questions about excursions with no pressure to buy.
Came back the next day to book and straight forward quick experience and all the information needed of when, where and at what time givens.
Then the Bengali caves boat trip was amazing 🤩 guide on boat explained all as we came across it and gave a lot of history and details on the areas we were seeing, stopped for a swimming the sea, then very fortunate to come across a school of dolphins, with one coming very close to the side of the boat, great experience from start to finish, highly recommend for your visit to Albufeira

We visited Albufeira for the first time this month and we wanted to explore. We spoke to Carlos who was very knowledgeable and friendly. It didn't feel like a hard sell - he genuinely wanted us to enjoy our holiday and see the beauty The Algarve had to offer. We took a full day coach trip to Lagos and it was spectacular. Four stop offs in some beautiful places and time for lunch in Lagos. We also did a half day jeep trip which was epic. The guide was clearly very proud of everything he wanted to show us and it was a real off road adventure with time for a swim. Highly recommended, especially if this is your first trip.

Excellente rencontres ! 2 frères géniaux qui nous ont proposés des activités juste parfaite visite en mer grottes et dauphins, zoomarine parc de jeux ,visite en 4*4 extraordinaire dans la campagne de l'algarve et bien d'autres ! Si vous ne savez pas quoi faire ils vous donneront des idées de génie ! Allez chez eux vous renseigner vous ne serez pas déçu ! Humour +++ etc....

Just returned from our holiday, used the brothers to book our 3 trips whilst we were there. They were amazing, so friendly, knowledgable about what they do and the trips they provide. We did the Dolphin trip, Slide n Splash and the sunset Safari which was amazing! Thiago was a legend. Can't thank them enough, please please see the gents for your trips. 🌞🏖😁

If you need to book a trip whilst in Albufeira I would strongly recommend coming here to see one of the brothers. They are super helpful and extremely friendly. They explain everything... where to eat/ where to meet for pick up very clearly. I would definitely visit them again. Wonderful service. Thanks Carlos and Jonas.

Zoomarine brillant day out would higher rate this experience. like a mini Disney without the 9 hour flight. Bringing our grandsons back to do this we loved it so much. Carlos explained everything and booked the transport as well. So we just had to turn up good for me. Thanks to Carlos and our lady driver we will be back.

We went on 2 half day trips. One was the boat tour and the other was the safari. Would highly recommend doing both. Had an amazing time. Carlos was very informative. My daughter and I visited Albufeira recently and met Carlos as we passed his shop, he told us about the different tours he offered and was very helpful and friendly. He also gave advice about places to visit and help with any other queries we had, explaining in detail and giving a lot of his time. I recommend that you visit him and see for yourself what lovely people he and his brother are.

An absolutely great team (we dealt with Carlos) and he literally could not have been more helpful. He could easily have tried to pressurise or suggest trips that would increase his commission but he provided us with the advice for trips that suited our needs. He even gave us several tips for wine to enjoy and the cost of the excursions were actually CHEAPER through these guys than going directly. I would wholeheartedly recommend them and will almost certainly use them when in the area again.

Just arrived back in the UK from Albufeira. Booked a caves and dolphins tour whilst there. Super friendly and very helpful. Tour itself was really good and very good value for money. All contact details provided for after sales contact although wasn’t required. Lovely friendly man who gave us good advice to prevent sea sickness (eat an orange) and photographs of where we needed to go to for the tour. Will be returning when next in Albufeira. Thank you.

The guys here are super friendly and knowledgeable about the area. They made us feel at ease, even though Portuguese is not our language. We went on the Algarve Charters Matrix, Cave, and Dolphin experience. We definitely recommend this to everyone. It was amazing! If you're in the area, come and book it through these two brothers. It's definitely worth the five stars.

Booked a boat trip with Carlos to see the caves and dolphins 8-8-24) Not only did we see the lovely dolphins, a couple of beautiful whales made an appearance!! This was the highlight of my whole holiday! The Caves were very impressive too, we had a brilliant time. Thank you again Carlos, we will be back to book some more trips in the future. I recommend Carlos who sells the tour at the Centro Commercial Borda d'Agua rua Ramalho ortigão Ioja 32 near the seaside (Praia da Oura)
He speaks French very well and is super interesting. He can advise on sites to see and restaurants to choose.
The crew of the Laua catamaran, Simon and François the captain were very professional and pleasant
We were able to see pods of dolphins and the Benagil caves are impressive

I am so thankful to have met these guys. We dound ourselves in a mess and was on the verge of missing our flight home, but Carlos and Jonas jumped into immediate action and saved the day. They quickly arranged a private airport transfer, and the driver was literally at our hotel within 10mins. Very nice and clean vehicle and we got to the airport with plenty of time spare. I would recommend to their services to everyone. We saved the contact details for when we return to Portgual. Thanks again.
